Carpinteria is the closest Santa Barbara County town to my base. It's just over Casitas Pass on Highway 150, so it's often easier for me to get to than parts of Ventura County.
Carpinteria State Beach is one of the busiest campgrounds on this part of the coast, and RVs often show up after a long drive with a problem that's just starting. Common ones are no-starts, generators that won't run, slide-outs that stop moving, and shore-power and converter faults. I can usually fix those at your campsite. If it's a breakdown, the 24-hour line is answered by me.
The avocado ranches in the foothills and the greenhouse and nursery operations around town all depend on trucks, UTVs, and generators that need to keep running. I'll come to the property, diagnose the problem, and fix it there, or set up regular maintenance for a few vehicles at once.
Yes. It's one of the most common places I get RV calls in Santa Barbara County. For breakdowns there's a 24-hour emergency line.
Yes. Diesel and gas trucks, UTVs, and generators, worked on where they're used so you're not taking them off the property.
